Historic Little Italy: Brighter, Vibrant Future

Located in northeastern Ohio, Cleveland has a number of nicknames, including "The Forest City," "The Rock and Roll Capital of the World," and "C-Town." It is home to the Browns, Cavaliers, and Indians, as well as the Cleveland Orchestra, the Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland, and The Cleveland Museum of Art. This city boasts a number of unique neighborhoods, including the historical Italian-American enclave of Little Italy. Situated adjacent to the University Circle, the Little Italy neighborhood provides both tourists and locals with a slice of "la bella vita" ("the good life"). There, you'll find numerous art galleries, restaurants, bakeries, and unique shopping opportunities. Little Italy also hosts many festivals and events that pay homage to its 130-year history, including The Feast of the Assumption, the Columbus Day Parade, the annual Bocce Tournaments, and Taste of Little Italy. Many of our current residents currently work in Little Italy or attend school in University Circle, taking advantage of the close proximity to University Hospitals and Case Western Reserve University.
